Pony Taxi offers pre-arranged airport pickup service at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL).
Airport pickups are different from regular reservations because actual pickup times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Passengers arriving in Honolulu from another U.S. destination can meet their Pony Taxi driver at Pre-Arranged Pickup #3, #4, or #5, depending on the airline and baggage claim area.

Hawaiian Airlines Domestic Arrivals
Pickup Instructions for Hawaiian Airlines Passengers
Passengers arriving in Honolulu on a Hawaiian Airlines domestic flight should meet their Pony Taxi driver at:
Pre-Arranged Pickup #1
Passengers using Baggage Claims 1–11 should proceed to Pre-Arranged Pickup #1.

Your Pony Taxi vehicle can be easily identified by the yellow “PONY” sign mounted on the roof.
For your safety and convenience, your driver will confirm your name before departure.
For the most efficient dispatch, please contact Pony Taxi when you arrive at the Baggage Claim area.
Vehicle dispatch and arrival generally take approximately 10–20 minutes. After collecting your luggage, it may also take approximately 10–20 minutes to reach the designated pickup location. In most cases, this allows you and your driver to arrive at the pickup area at approximately the same time.
Please note that airport pickup areas are strictly regulated for security and traffic-control purposes. Vehicles are not permitted to wait at the pickup area for extended periods.
If you arrive at the designated pickup location and do not see your Pony Taxi vehicle, please contact our dispatch office. We will check your driver's current location and assist you promptly.
How to Identify Your Pony Taxi
Look for the yellow “PONY” sign mounted on the roof of the vehicle.
For your safety, the driver will confirm your name. We also recommend confirming the driver's information and the reservation name before entering the vehicle.

International Arrivals
Pickup Instructions for International Travelers
Passengers arriving in Honolulu on an international flight can meet their Pony Taxi driver at:
Pre-Arranged Pickup #3
If there are no significant delays at Immigration or Customs, it generally takes approximately 30–45 minutes after your flight arrives to reach the Pony Taxi pickup area.
Important
Airport pickup areas can be very busy, and vehicles are not permitted to wait for extended periods due to airport security and traffic regulations.
Please contact Pony Taxi after completing Immigration and arriving at the Baggage Claim area. Once we hear from you, we will begin dispatching your vehicle.

Estimated Timing
After reaching Baggage Claim, it generally takes approximately 15–20 minutes to:
• Collect your luggage
• Clear Customs
• Walk to Pre-Arranged Pickup #3
If you are selected for an additional Customs inspection, please allow approximately 10–20 additional minutes.
After you contact us, vehicle dispatch and arrival generally take approximately 10–20 minutes.
How to Get to Pre-Arranged Pickup #3
After clearing Customs, continue straight ahead and exit the terminal.
You will see a sign on your left pointing toward the Group Tour Exit. Do not follow the Group Tour Exit sign. Please continue straight ahead.
Once outside, you will see numbered columns along the roadway. Each column is marked with a number to help identify your location.
Locate Columns 29 and 30 and use the crosswalk between them to cross to the center median.
Your Pony Taxi driver will meet you at Pre-Arranged Pickup #3, located on the center median.
Look for the yellow “PONY” sign on top of the vehicle.
